Visit the Farmers Market for all things Iowa City RAGBRAI

Stop by the Iowa City Farmers Market to sign up to volunteer, learn more about the event, and buy an official Iowa City RAGBRAI T-shirt before thousands of riders ‘Book It to Iowa City’ on Friday, July 27.

The information table at the Farmers Market, located at Chauncey Swan Parking Ramp, 405 E. Washington St., will feature a tablet to sign up on the spot for volunteer vacancies. The information table is located at the Washington Street entrance to the ramp. Markets take place Wednesdays from 5 to 7 p.m. and Saturdays from 7:30 a.m. to noon.

The market will also feature information about how you can volunteer sleeping space in your home or yard to host riders overnight.

In addition to the market, T-shirts are also available at the Iowa City Public Library, 123 S. Linn St. Official T-shirts are $20 and help pay for the cost of the overnight event. All remaining funds raised will be donated to the United Way of Johnson and Washington Counties. Other apparel options like tanks and baseball tees are offered online at iowacityragbrai.com/merchandise.
